U15 Championships 6-12 December 2006

These championships were played in Newcastle with each match 35 overs per innings.

The final was to be played between NSW & Queensland but the match was abandoned without a ball bowled. Based on the points table at the time, the championship was awarded to NSW.

Subsequent analysis of the scorecards reveladed that the points table did not include a bonus point achieved by Queensland in defeating NSW. The addition of this bonus point would have resulted in Queensland & NSW finishing on 16 points.

Due to the detection of the error coming after the conclusion of the Championship, Cricket Australia determined that the Championship be recorded as being jointly won by NSW & Queensland.
